Participation<\/h2>\n<p>a) Any natural person over the age of 18 residing in Germany is eligible to participate. However, employees of the Promoter, their direct relatives and employees of PATRIZIA SE are excluded from participation.<\/p>\n<p>c) Participation is only possible within the period stated on Facebook, Instagram or on our website.<\/p>\n<p>d) Participation in the Facebook prize draw takes place by liking the Facebook post and following the organiser's Facebook channel.<\/p>\n<p>e) Participation in the Instagram prize draw takes place by liking the Instagram post and following the organiser's Instagram channel.<\/p>\n<p>f) Only one prize is possible per participant, either via Facebook or Instagram.<\/p>\n<p>g) Comments that violate the Facebook\/Instagram guidelines, German law and or copyright will be removed without notice after becoming known. The participant is thus excluded from the prize.<\/p>\n<p>h) By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these conditions of participation.<\/p>\n<p>i) The winners will be selected at random.<\/p>\n<p>j) The legal process is excluded.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Prize<\/h2>\n<p>a) The prize will be awarded according to the draw described on Facebook, Instagram or on our website. A cash payment or an exchange of the prize is excluded. The prize is not transferable.<\/p>\n<p>b) The winner will be notified by the organiser via a private message on Facebook or Instagram.<\/p>\n<p>c) If the winner does not contact us within 72 hours, the prize will be forfeited without compensation.<\/p>\n<p>d) Shipping is only possible within Germany.<\/p>\n<p>e) Address data will only be sent to the organiser by private message on Facebook or Instagram or by e-mail and will only be used to book the prize. No further use of the data will take place. Participants are entitled to statutory rights of information, amendment and revocation.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>3. Data protection<\/h2>\n<p>a) The organiser processes personal data only for the purpose of the respective raffle on the basis of the participants' consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1a) EU-DSGVO.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>4. Liability of the organiser<\/h2>\n<p>a) Any liability of the organiser for damages in connection with the raffle is excluded, irrespective of the legal grounds.<\/p>\n<p>b) The organiser is not liable for the availability of the Facebook or Instagram website or its own Facebook or Instagram page.<\/p>\n<p>c) The Promoter is not liable for any transmission errors.<\/p>\n<p>d) The Organiser reserves the right to terminate the prize draw prematurely in whole or in part at any time, even without observing any deadlines, or to change its course if it is not possible to carry out the prize draw properly for technical or legal reasons.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a05. Exemption from Facebook and Instagram<\/h2>\n<p>a) The prize draw is not connected with Facebook or Instagram and is not sponsored, supported or organised in any way by Facebook or Instagram.<\/p>\n<p>b) Facebook or Instagram is exempt from any claims for damages that may arise from the implementation of this competition.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>6.
