He is a member of the school committee. PATRIZIA School Buyamba is located on a church property not far from his parish home. It is funded by the state and run by the church.   <\/p>\n<p>On the five-hour car journey from Entebbe airport to Buyamba, Father Charles suggested a stop at his superior, the bishop of the Masaka diocese.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>We got to know the friendly and open Father, who was very devoted and humble in his dealings with his superior; eye contact and handshakes were only permitted when requested. After the official interview, we were allowed to sign the bishop's guest book. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_d4_element et_pb_row et_pb_row_3  et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode et_block_row\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_d4_element et_pb_column_4_4 et_pb_column et_pb_column_3  et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode et-last-child
