The \u201cRTL \u2013 Wir helfen Kindern\u201d Foundation\"<\/strong> is supporting the PATRIZIA Foundation with a donation of \u20ac200,000<\/strong>. Astrid Gabler, Chair of the PATRIZIA Foundation, accepted the donation cheque in Cologne from Wolfram Kons, Head of RTL Charity and Deputy Chair of the Foundation.<\/p>\n

The donation will support the construction of a new inclusive nursery school in San Juan de Lurigancho, one of Lima\u2019s poorest districts.<\/p>\n

Creating a Safe Place to Learn and Grow<\/h2>\n

Many children in San Juan de Lurigancho grow up in difficult conditions. Access to early childhood education, childcare and safe learning environments is limited \u2014 particularly for children with disabilities.<\/p>\n

The new nursery school will create a safe and nurturing environment where children with and without disabilities can **learn, play and develop together**.<\/p>\n

The planned facilities include:<\/h3>\n

  • Accessible classrooms<\/li>\n
  • Age-appropriate toilet facilities<\/li>\n
  • Dedicated rooms for therapy and care<\/li>\n
  • Spaces for individual support<\/li>\n
  • Integration into the existing school centre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    By providing safe, stable and child-friendly spaces, the project lays the foundation for an inclusive educational journey from the very beginning.<\/p>\n

    Around 360 Children Reached Every Year<\/h2>\n

    Once completed, the nursery school is expected to provide around 360 pre-school children each year with access to a safe and supportive learning environment.<\/p>\n

    Children with disabilities will benefit from therapy programmes, individual support and an inclusive community. At the same time, the project will strengthen families and the wider neighbourhood.<\/p>\n

    Close cooperation with parents, the local community and our local partner Fe y Alegr\u00eda Per\u00fa will help ensure the project\u2019s long-term and sustainable impact.<\/p>\n

    A Long-Term Vision for More Than 1,600 Children<\/h2>\n

    The nursery school is an important step towards a broader vision: the development of an **inclusive educational campus reaching more than 1,600 children**.<\/p>\n

    The campus is designed to become a flagship project for:<\/p>\n

    * Inclusive education
    * Protection and wellbeing
    * Equal participation
    * Long-term opportunities for children and young people<\/p>\n
