Donation of wills
Your will gives you the opportunity to plan your legacy while you are still alive. Many people find it fulfilling when their legacy continues to make a positive impact on the world. This is where “testamentary donation” comes into play. In your last will and testament, you can specify that you want to dedicate part or all of your estate to charitable causes.
Legacy donation
In the case of an inheritance donation, a third person is named as heir in a will. In such cases, the donation received is usually subject to inheritance tax. However, if you wish to avoid the inheritance tax burden and at the same time do good, you have the option of passing on all or part of the assets received to a charitable foundation within two years of the inheritance.
